Benefits: Melatonin is the body’s signal to sleep and helps regulate circadian rhythm. Melatonin works best for trouble falling asleep, or getting back into a good sleep rhythm when you’ve gotten off schedule.*
Directions: Place 1/2 or 1 full tablet under the tongue about 30 minutes before bedtime as needed. You may gradually increase the dose every 3-4 days if needed, but do not exceed 6 mg per night.**
