We can only currently ship to locations in the United States.
There is a $5.00 shipping charge on all orders. This flat fee does not change based on the size or cost of your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we sent you an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please log in to your account (https://store.naturalmentalhealth.com/login.php). Once in your account:
- Click on "Orders" and find the order that contains the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Click on "Request Return" and complete the request form.
- Submit your request.
You'll hear back from an NMH team member within two business days.
If you did not create an account when you ordered, complete the form below with the details about the product you would like to return.
If your return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
